SMS TERMS:

What you'll receive: replies to your rental inquiry, showing scheduling and confirmations, self-tour access instructions, a follow-up about the property, and rental application links. How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on a listing inquiry form on our website or a listing site, or by texting our leasing number about a listing. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. To stop messages, reply STOP at any time; you'll get one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again (reply START).
