INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

Contact details you give us when you inquire about a rental, schedule a showing, or apply (name, email address, phone number, desired move-in date, and any message you send); information you provide in a rental application, processed through our property management software provider; text messages and other communications you send us.

HOW WE USE IT:

To reply to your inquiry, schedule and confirm showings, send self-tour access instructions, follow up about the property, and send rental application links; to manage your lease if you become a resident; to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING:

If you give us your mobile number on a listing inquiry form or text our leasing number, you agree to receive text messages from Source Group Realty about the property you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our messaging and property management software providers) that help us deliver the messages and operate our business.

SHARING:

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our property management software, messaging, and screening providers), with property owners we manage for when needed to lease their property, or when required by law.
